Loquella has had the aim to provide something extra in the language world. We look at each client as an individual with individual needs. We aim to provide our clients expert knowledge of all areas of language, and make language relevant to each client so they can use communicate in the world. We will provide what the customer needs, especially in the ever changing world and adapt to the needs of our customers so we can provide our customers with what they need to be successful.

We will as a company aim to make a presence in a social, economic and educational way where ever we are in the world. We will without prejudice help our customers achieve their goals. Employees and clients will not only be helped by Loquella but Loquella will listen to both entities in order to adapt, insuring the best results in all levels of the business and product services to clients.

Any online class can be recorded or monitored at anytime. This information recorded from any given class (written, speech or video) however will be used solely for internal training and quality control processes only. We may contact you regards offers we have, however we will at your request cancel this service at anytime. Any information given between Loquella E.U and the student at anytime including class time will be kept confidential. Any documents translated, in our translation department are to be handled and treated as confidential. NO information will be given to anyone except those required to do the work. We will at request translate sensitive information but will require this information to be encrypted, and may require additional handling fees.
